I grew up straddling languages and cities, learning that the internet rewards humans who sound like humans. Not perfect.

Clear, curious, alive. Somewhere along the way I fell in love with helping people find that voice and use it to build something real.

LinkedIn became my lab. I watched “polite updates” get ignored while honest stories built momentum you could feel. Teams got braver. Founders stopped hiding behind logos. Revenue and recruiting followed. It turns out attention is not random. It is earned by people who show up consistently with something to say.

That is the work I love.

Bringing in video when the story wants a face. Building simple systems that make it easy to keep going when the novelty wears off.
